Replacements And Returns

1. What happens after the replacement is installed?
Once you request a replacement, we will promptly send you an email detailing the entire process. As soon as we receive the original item from you, we will initiate the replacement procedure.
2. When are returns permitted?
Returns are accepted in the following situations:
-Delayed delivery of the product: If you have not received the product within the specified timeframe, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund within 14 working days. Please note that refund processing delays caused by banks, natural disasters, or national holidays are beyond our control.
The wrong product was delivered.
The item arrived damaged.

-All items delivered in the package must be returned. Any missing items from the package will not be accepted.
